Britney Spears son was allegedly hit last night during a Las Vegas brawl between her bodyguard and a photographer. The troubled pop star told police that one of her two sons - who has not been named - was assaulted during a scuffle between the snapper and her security. Pop princess Brit had been at the Wynn Hotel and Casino for less then 24-hours with her children when the fight broke out. Police did not immediately file charges against the photographer but Britneys bodyguard was cited for misdemeanor battery. Police said the stars bodyguard, Julio J.C. Camera, hit the snapper who was trying get pics of the singer as she made her way though the hotel. In response, Britney filed a crime report on behalf of one of her sons saying a second photographer had battered her son and her bodyguard in an earlier clash. The fight could not have come at a worse time for Spears who was already under fire for her parenting and for taking her kids away to Sin City amid concerns from her family about her recent erratic behavior. Britney Spears bodyguard J.C. has been with Britney for approximately six months and she has been heard to say on more than one occassion that he is my favourite and he is normally seen helping carry one of her sons when she has her arms full. He was famously seen taking Sean Preston away from his mother when it looked like she had been or was about to drive with him on her lap back to her house. He was also by Britneys side after she had delivered the infamous legal letter to her mother on Jamie Lynne Spearss film set. An insider said that he felt sorry for J.C. as he was a professional put in a very difficult situation: 1) Because of the media attention afforded to the popstar, and 2) because as he put it Britney is off the reservoir and prone to incredibly erratic and spontaneous action which can make it next to impossible for someone to maintain a professional demeanor.
