Tom Cruise’s 10,000+ square foot mansion in Beverly Hills. The actor purchased the home in April of last year for $30.5 million.

Wow. Thirty million bucks for a really, really, really big house, with a really, really, really boring (and small, relatively speaking) yard. I’ve seen houses in Pacoima with nicer gardens. Your standard suburban mow and blow guy could do that place in 45 minutes, tops.
