NEW YORK, NEW YORK - Thursday April 24 2008. Rosie O’Donnell attends the premiere of “I Am Because We Are” during the Tribeca Film Festival at the BMCC/Tribeca Performing Arts Center in NYC. The movie, which Madonna wrote, takes a look into the lives of Malawi’s 1 million plus orphans in the wake of the AIDS pandemic. It offers hope and real solutions to the challenges that people face living in extreme poverty. Bill Clinton and Desmond Tutu contribute to the project too.
