Madonna’s brother Christopher Ciccone — with whom she had a falling out with several years ago — is set to reveal her darkest secrets in an upcoming “brutal” exposé he’s writing with British journalist Wendy Leigh. A source told the New York Post:
“It’s extremely graphic and devastating. He wrote it on the sly without telling Madonna. They want to put it out before her lawyers can get a hold of it.”
The book, due out next month, has a massive print run of 350,000.
A dismayed friend of Madonna said, “We’d heard rumors, but didn’t realize he’d actually written it. He was there through the crazy years and has many stories to tell, I’m sure. He’s seen it all. Oh, my.” (Source)
If Madonna’s actually worried about what’s in this book, it MUST be graphic. This is the same chick that released her own book titled Sex (that was filled with naked pictures of the gap-toothed professional bodybuilder) and deepthroated a water bottle in her documentary Truth or Dare. About the only thing that would shock me at this point with regards to Madonna and a book would be if she was caught reading one.

The only thing that might shock me about Madonna would be to find out she’s an actual human being. Or if she thought of someone other than herself for a nano-second.
When you get to her level of whoredom (media whore, attention whore, total slutty whore), you usually lose your name and become forever known as “The Whore of…”, like the Whore of Babylon or something.
