John Mayer cheated on Jennifer Aniston
It looks like what broke up Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer was his wandering penis. Mayer cheated on Aniston with a cocktail waitress, promoter's assistant, and groupie. Not at the same time. From the Chicago Sun Times:

So Jen let John cheat two times, but the third was the final straw? Wow, she is so fucked. Because now every dude in Hollywood knows that if you're dating Jennifer Aniston, you can cheat twice before she gets really pissed off. I wonder what her views are on threesomes? Like, does Jen allow two threesomes with other women even thought that's technically four total vaginas? She really needs to clear that up to avoid confusion in the future.
I seriously doubt most of that story..I believe John cheated on her, she found out and dumped his ass..but if he cheated 3 times..where are the pics...papz follow him around all the time..you mean they couldn't get a pic of him cheating..I think they had a summer fling, and she wants a man who will committ, and he is not that man..good she didn't waste anymore time on him...

It was quoted that both of them have different chemistry (aims and goals). Jen wants John to start cutting off his world tour and concerts, and works thier future according to her laid out schedule. She has been vocal of having a family and babies, guess because her biological clock is tickering.
However, John is only 30 and not ready for such commitment, that's the main reason for splitville.
Jen, pls find someone of your age, and stop talking to your gal pals (ultimately will leak to magazines intensionally or unintensionally) about have great sex with any of your boy toys, or comparing how each of them performed.
