She can only be on TV if she's young and beautiful? That kind of attitude just perpetuates the difficulties women have aging in our society. Frankly, no one accepts it! How unreal! I respect her for not going under the knife. She's smart, starting to direct her own films, and obviously full of confidence. She is saying, "screw you" to the media that makes women afraid of not being young. And, if you look at photos of her taken at awards ceremonies dressed up with fabulous makeup and hair -- it's a whole different story. Everyone, and I mean everyone, will get old and wrinkle up.
