Gary Coleman charged with two misdemeanors
Gary Coleman has been officially charged with two misdemeanors for that little incident over the weekend in Payson, Utah. The actor faces charges of reckless driving and disorderly conduct after hitting 24-year-old Colt Rushton with his truck after a brief argument outside a bowling alley. In a statement released yesterday, Lt. Bill Wright of the Payson, Utah, Police Department said:
“Mr. Coleman was notified today of the charges through his attorney. [Coleman] never spoke to us about what happened, but we gathered evidence after speaking to witnesses and the other party involved.” (Source)
Can you imagine Gary Coleman in jail? He wouldn’t last two minutes. Coincidentally, neither would the guy boning him. For his own protection, Gary would probably have to be segregated to a section of the facility where he felt more comfortable — like Juvenile Hall. At least when Gary gets out, he’ll finally have the street cred he’s been so desperately seeking . . . with the Lollipop Guild.
