Sounds like the Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus divorce could get ugly. While Miley Cyrus' mom and Bret Michaels have firmly denied any romance, it appears that Tish Cyrus has had something of a roving eye in the past year or two. A friend of Tish Cyrus spilled some secrets Wednesday, calling her a "very neglected wife."Tish was feeling "neglected" by her husband? You've got to feel sorry for that poor woman. How horrible her life must have been filled with exotic vacations, palatial mansions, lavish shopping excursions, and luxury automobiles -- all of which she didn't have to lift a finger to acquire. I mean, can you really blame a trophy wife for cheating when her husband spends all day working . . . to provide her with the life that she's become accustomed to?
"Billy Ray has barely paid her any attention -- except when there were cameras around," added the Tish pal. "She really has felt abandoned by him on many occasions."
That sense of loneliness, according to the source, led Tish Cyrus to seek male companionship -- which reportedly even included one of the paparazzi who regularly follow Miley around, plus a family bodyguard and other Cyrus staff members.
"Billy Ray Cyrus is very cold. He's obsessed with business, making money and Miley's career, but not his marriage," Tish's friend said.

Michaels, 47, "became close to the entire family" this past February when he and Miley released the racy duet "Nothing to Lose," an insider tells Us Weekly. He and Tish, 43, soon began carrying on an on-the-sly romance, sources tell Us Weekly. Tish was seen at Michaels' Feb. 28 show at the Key Club in L.A., and he had once asked her production company’s help to adapt his book, Roses & Thorns, into a movie.
"Billy Ray was completely unaware of what was going on," the source says. "It was a professional relationship that turned into something more."
"As you can imagine, this is a very difficult time for our family," they say in a statement. "We are trying to work through some personal matters. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers."Oh man, this is reaaaaaaaaally bad news for Miley's parents. The only thing keeping Miley from acting on her natural slut impulses was the fact that she didn't come from a broken home. Now she does. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if she's having sex with Rampage Jackson as I type this.
