Chris Brown out and about in New York (3/22)

Just a few days after Chris Brown threw a chair at a window in New York, the New York Post says his publicist Tammy Brook "will no longer be representing him." In other words, she quit. Sources close to Brook say she left Chris so she could work with a more "likable" and "charming" individual. She's expected to start with Muammar Gaddafi early next week.
