The guy in the black getting his ass kicked is Joel Madden, ex-boyfriend of Hilary Duff and current boyfriend of Nicole Richie. The guy doing the ass-kicking is Shifty Shellshock, best known as the guy that once kicked the ass of Joel Madden. I’m sure how old this video is (anybody?) but I just found it this morning on Us Magazine’s site. Check out how they describe the video:

With that description, obviously one of the editors at Us Magazine is a fan of Joel Madden's. If this brawl had occurred in Afghanistan I’m pretty sure Shifty could have legally made Joel his concubine.
