Lindsay Lohan is dressing up as her number one enemy Sarah Palin for Halloween. Tina Fey is unimpressed. From the New York Daily News:
Channeling her rage against Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin into something constructive, Lindsay Lohan is planning to dress up as the former Miss Alaska runnerup for Halloween, pals of the newly political actress tell us. The costume will include the glasses, the perky red suit and ample cleavage. If Lindsay really wants to dress up as a political figure, wouldn't it be more appropriate for her to dress as this skank? Besides, unlike Lindsay, Sarah Palin's most famous body part isn't found in her bra . . . it's found in her underwear. Lastly, if Sam is going to dress up as Todd Palin, she better find herself a good beard. My suggestion: Katie Holmes.

Does anyone listen to Lynne Spears anymore? Seriously? Every time she talks, I can't help but think of the teacher from Charlie Brown yapping away. Anyways, Lynne is pissed the media is treating VP-hopeful Sarah Palin's pregnant teenage daughter, Bristol, different from her own pregnant teenage daughter, Jamie Lynn. From the most recent issue of Newsweek:
Newsweek: You and Jamie Lynn got some negative press when she got pregnant so young. But more recently, 17-year-old Bristol Palin, and her mother, Sarah Palin, the Republican vice presidential candidate, found themselves in a similar situation. And the public reaction has been different.Lynn Spears: It's a totally different reaction. It's as if [Sarah Palin] became celebrated. I mean, the mother, Palin, was celebrated for this. Every woman in the world has applauded her strength and her convictions and poor little old Jamie Lynn—you saw how she was crucified. Everybody did, firsthand ... Lindsay Lohan hates Sarah Palin
Lindsay Lohan went on a rant on her MySpace blog yesterday against VP-hopeful Sarah Palin. At least I think it was Lindsay. It might have been a seven-year-old. Really all that's missing is her calling Sarah a "poopie head." Lindsay wrote:
I really cannot bite my tongue anymore when it comes to Sarah Palin.I couldn't be more supportive of a woman in office, but let's face it, it comes down to the person, and their beliefs, male or female.
Is it a sin to be gay? Should it be a sin to be straight? Or to use birth control? Or to have sex before marriage? Or even to have a child out of wedlock?
I find it quite interesting that a woman who now is running to be second in command of the United States, only 4 years ago had aspirations to be a television anchor. Which is probably all she is qualified to be... Also interesting that she got her passport in 2006.. And that she is not fond of environmental protection considering she's FOR drilling for oil in some of our protected land.... Well hey, if she wants to drill for oil, she should DO IT IN HER OWN backyard.

That's only about half of Lindsay's rant. I tried to finish it but instead chose to repeatedly slam my head against the wall. Samantha Ronson added:
I love this country- however i wasn't born here and don't have the right to vote- so i beg of you all to really do your research and be educated when you cast your vote this coming november.... and if you're in doubt- vote for obama! Mainly because if she gets elected my green card probably won't get renewed!!!

Note to actors: stick to acting
Something tells me Matt Damon is not a Republican. In Toronto for the annual film festival, Damon said VP candidate Sarah Palin's rise is "like a really bad Disney movie." The actor said:
"I think there is a really good chance that Sarah Palin could president. And I think that's a really scary thing because I don't know anything about her. I don't think in eight weeks I'm going to know anything about her. I know that she was a mayor of a really, really small town. And she's governor of Alaska for less than two years. I just don't understand . . . I think the pick was made for political purposes but in terms of governance it's a disaster . . . You do the actuary tables and there's a one out of three chance, if not more, that McCain doesn't survive his first term and it will be President Palin. And it really . . . we were talking about it earlier . . . it's like a really bad Disney movie. The Hockey Mom. 'I'm just a hockey mom from Alaska.' And she's the President. Didn't Matt get the memo? All political commentary by celebrities must include threats to move to another country if McCain is elected. One more misstep Matt, and you're gonna get you SAG card revoked.

I've been watching the news all morning, like everyone else - and i keep hearing about the issues related to 'teen pregnancy'- It's all related to Sarah Palin and her 17 year old unmarried pregnant daughter. Well, I think the real problem comes from the fact that we are taking the focus off of getting to know Sarah Palin and her political views, and what she can do to make our country a less destructive place. Its distracting from the real issues, the real everyday problems that this country experiences.
I am concerned with the fact that Sarah Palin brought the attention to her daughter's pregnancy, rather than all world issues and what she believes she could possibly do to change them-if elected. I get Sarah Palin's views against abortion, but i would much prefer to hear more about what she can do for our country rather than how her daughter is going to have a child no matter what.
aybe focus on delivering some words and policy with stronger impact like Joe Biden. (Source)
I hope Lindsay's assistant is getting paid extra for these blog postings. Because there's no way in hell the real Lindsay Lohan wrote that shit. The closest Lindsay's ever gotten to politics is that time she blew a guy that kinda looked like Barack.
