Marie Osmond's son in rehab

Marie Osmond's 16-year-old son just entered rehab and she couldn't be more proud of him. The Dancing with the Stars contestant issued the following statement to Entertainment Tonight:

"My son Michael is an amazing young man shown through his courage in facing his issues. As his mother I couldn't be more proud of him. The press and public has always been kind and gracious in the past and I know they will continue to respect our privacy during this time."

Ahh memories. I'll never forget when I first entered rehab at 16. My family was so proud. We had the biggest party! There were balloons, dancing bears, cotton candy, and pony rides. And a spectacular fireworks display--so bright and vivid. Even the governor showed up! And then when the LSD wore off and I stopped hallucinating, my dad beat me with a shovel.

arie Osmond fainted on last night's Dancing with the Stars and . . . it . . . was . . . AWESOME. I haven't seen someone fall like that since I pushed that kid in the wheelchair over at McDonald's. No one gets between me and two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions, on a sesame seed bun, no one.
