Here's Kelly Rowland again in Miami Beach (she looked better last month). Not a fan of the hat. Is that thing hemp? Christ I think it is. Throw in a hacky sack and the inability to hold a steady job or form a coherent sentence and Kelly could easily be mistaken for a stoner. Not that there's anything wrong with that. I love stoners!
