Of course Hugh Grant dressed up for Halloween on Saturday night: He was the creepy drunk guy at the Standard Hotel in New York hitting on models half his age. Oh wait, that wasn't a costume. From my source at the bar:

This Matar chick better learn to start liking guys twice her age if she ever wants to reach the top of the modeling industry. The sad truth is most supermodels slept their way to the top. Remember last week when I broke the news that Britney Spears was playing a few surprise shows at the House of Blues this week? You wouldn't believe how many damn papers and magazines I emailed with the story that wouldn't run with it because my name isn't Perez and my asshole doesn't resemble a mason jar (Editor's Note: yet). Anyways, turns out I was right. She played in San Diego for all of 14 minutes last night. Regarding last night's show, AP says:
The 25-year-old mother of two went onstage late Tuesday wearing nothing more than knee-high go-go boots with a short white skirt and a sparkly pink bra top that showed off her belly button ring _ and no evidence of the weight gain that landed her on celebrity tabloid covers last year. A long brown wig completed the outfit, covering the head she shaved in February.
Damn. I just got super horny after reading that paragraph, "Mother of two" ... there goes the shirt; "no evidence of the weight gain" ... there go my pants; "covering the head she shaved" ... I just came. Britney's back!
You heard it here first. Britney Spears' much anticipated comeback might begin earlier than suspected--as in next week. A loyal Celebslam reader tipped me off that Britney is scheduled to perform next Wednesday at the Anaheim House of Blues under the band name M+M's. According to the tipster, the M+M's consist of Britney and "3 or 4 back up female dancers."
Hey, just giving you some inside scoop. Britney Spears will be playing the House of Blues Sunset Strip on May 3rd, she is going under the band name The M + MS as well as The Anaheim House of Blues on 05/02/07. As far as how I know, lets say a little birdy told me.
I bought one ticket to each event. I would have bought two but, ya' know, there's that whole "not having friends" thing that's been dogging me for the last few years.
