Britney Spears was spotted leaving a recording studio in Burbank last night. As she sat down in the passenger seat of her white Mercedes, her assistant/cousin/enabler Alli handed her a margarita (note the salt around the rim of the glass) in front of about 50 paparazzi. You'd think after the judge last week ordered Britney to undergo weekly random drug and alcohol testing that she . . . oh I don't know . . . MIGHT STOP DRINKING. At this rate, at her next custody hearing, the judge is gonna take Britney's kids away and then set her on fire.

Kiefer Sutherland at last night's Fox Fall Eco-Casino party
Kiefer Sutherland was arrested on misdemeanor DUI charges in Los Angeles last night this morning. Police spotted the 24 star making an illegal u-turn at the corner of La Cienega and Beverly at 1:35 a.m. A dramatic car chase ensued which resulted in jerky camera angles, lots of yelling, and the death of several officers. Not really. He was actually pretty cooperative. A Breathalyzer test administered on scene revealed Kiefer's blood-alcohol level to be twice the legal limit. E! says:
Earlier in the night, the actor, along with fellow network talent, was spotted at the Fox Fall Eco-Casino party, held at the nearby Area nightclub.LAPD officers arrested Sutherland at the scene and transported him to the Hollywood police station, where he was formally booked on the misdemeanor charges at 4:09 a.m. He was ultimately released at 5:42 a.m. after posting $25,000 bail, according to the L.A. County Sheriff's Deparment Website. Authorities deemed Sutherland "cooperative and mellow" during the encounter.
The arrest marks Sutherland's second DUI bust in the past five years. (Source)
