Avril Lavigne was partying like a single gal even before she and husband Deryk Whibley announced their split on Sept. 17. So it’s no shocker that the “Sk8er Boi” singer has already jumped into a new relationship - with Dole Food Company billionaire Justin Murdock. “Avril and Justin have been to Hawaii together but mostly they’ve been holed up at his place,” an insider tells Star. “Avril’s had a thing for Justin for a while.” Indeed, the two were caught getting close at L.A.’s Delux Bar last December.
But Avril, 25, isn’t ready to go public yet, says the insider. “That’s fine by him - it means they’ll spend more time alone!”

he's a freaking billionaire. The only thing more of a turn-on to chicks than a dude with money is a guy hung like a
Shetland pony celebrity blogger. Hopefully Avril realizes what a extraordinary opportunity she's been offered and takes advantage of it by cementing her financial future --

Long rumored,
Us Weekly is claiming that Avril Lavigne and her husband Deryck Whibley have split up:
"She dumped him and told him she was leaving him. She wants to move on," a source tells the new Us Weekly, adding that Lavigne, 25, forced him out of their $9.5 million, 12,000-square-foot estate in L.A.'s Bel Air. "Divorce papers will be filed any day now."
Whibley, 29, "is crushed," adds another insider.
I'd be crushed too if I was Deryck. You go from living the high life in a 12,000 square foot palace in Bel Air to some 5,000 square foot dump in Malibu or Beverly Hills. Man, this guy just can't catch a break.
