Lindsay Lohan finally found a father figure. Unfortunately, she's probably having sex with him. During her vacation in Maui earlier this week, Lindsay was seen spending a lot of time with 36-year-old entrepreneur Ben Holz, or as his friends now call him: "The dude that got blown by Lindsay Lohan." Though Lohan has typically gone for DJs, actors and musicians in the past, her latest companion is an entrepreneur whose latest venture is a Web-based tech company called PeekEez.com. Holz, a Carnegie Mellon grad, is currently based in Seattle, WA, but previously owned a couple of internet cafes on the Hawaiian island.

When RadarOnline.com called Holz to ask about his relationship with Lohan, he was obviously amused. But, like a true gentleman, he refused to kiss and tell. “I’d prefer not to say anything about the situation,” he said with a laugh. Still, it was clear from the pictures taken on Tuesday that he was smitten with the actress, snapping photos of her posing against the rocky terrain and even carrying her beach bag for her.

This guy might have graduated from Carnegie Mellon, but he sure doesn't have any street smarts. Rule number two on the streets: If you're hooking up with a chick that asks you to practice safe sex by wearing a boxing glove, move on. She's probably more loose than Rihanna's front teeth. Rule number one: Never sleep on your stomach.
