"If you go back from September, she wasn't with one of those guys, she was with me."

He said he would file a lawsuit if Dannielynn is turned over to Stern or Birkhead.

The same source claims that Smith took what was referred to as a "children's sedative," and had "kept passing out" before her death.

Yup, it's official. From CNN:

Reality TV star and former model Anna Nicole Smith was pronounced dead Thursday after being taken to a Florida hospital after being found unconscious in her hotel room, a law enforcement source with knowledge of the case told CNN.

Smith's private nurse called hotel workers at 1:38 p.m. and security officials went to the room, Seminole Police Chief Charlie Tiger said. Before rescue workers arrived, Smith's bodyguard performed CPR on her, he said. She was taken to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood at 2:10 p.m. where she died. (Source)

In a statement Thursday, Anna's sister, Donna Hogan, said:

"We are saddened and heartbroken by my sister's death. No matter what our differences have been over the years, Anna was still our blood and she will be missed terribly. She was a woman who was determined to get out of her small town in Texas and make a name for herself."

According to various reports, Anna Nicole Smith collapsed at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida. From TMZ:

According to hotel officials, emergency responders performed CPR at the scene and a breathing apparatus was inserted in her throat. Anna was immediately transported to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood just after 2:00 PM EST.

WFOR-TV in Miami reports that Anna was found unresponsive in her hotel room. Local streets were closed off to rush Smith to the hospital, three miles away. Paramedics were seen pumping her chest as she was taken from the hotel.(Source)

Incredibly, Anna Nicole Smith may be pregnant again. Even more incredible is that fact that the San Francisco Chronicle called this "good news":

Daniel Smith died aged 20 while visiting his mother in a Nassau hospital after the 38-year-old gave birth to his half-sister. Wecht said Daniel died of a combination of methadone and antidepressants. Results of an official autopsy and a police investigation have not been released. Wecht says he submitted invoices for payment shortly after her performed the autopsy on September 17. 2006.
