I'm not exactly sure why paparazzi are still taking pictures of this guy but Andy Baldwin (The Bachelor: Officer and a Gentleman) was in Hawaii yesterday taking part in an underwear race for charity. Sometimes I have underwear races but it's not for charity. Actually it's more a "chase" than a "race." And as long as we're being honest here it's not even a chase really since I always get 'em before they hit the main gate. If I had a nickel for every chick in leg shackles who thought she could outrun me . . .

Dear Everyone,

I'm out of town on a "working vacation" from Monday to Wednesday of this week. I'm using these three days to catch up on the hundreds of bikini pics I never got around to posting this summer. Naval officer Andy Baldwin has narrowed the field of women down to three lucky ladies, but one contestant, Tessa, 26, a social worker from San Francisco, had a few drinks the other night and spilled the beans to a Page Six spy. Tessa admitted she has won the competition and Baldwin's heart. "Apparently he proposes and she declines, but they are still very much together." A rep for the show didn't return calls. (Source)
