Hollywood.tv caught both Britney Spears and Mel Gibson entering the Romanov Russian Restaurant & Lounge in Studio City on Saturday night (video on PAGE 2). A source told them the two dined together. TMZ says:
We’re told Mel and [his wife] Robin feel like they know how tough it is to live in a fishbowl and they think they can help the Britster. There have been private dinners in which Mel, Robin and their brood have hooked up with Brit to give her support. (Source)
I see this friendship heading down one of two paths: Six months from now, Britney’s body is discovered by hikers in a remote canyon. Her heart has been cut out and “MEL” has been carved into her forehead. *or* Britney and Mel somehow morph into one human being — what I like to call “ÜBER-PSYCHO” — and wage an epic battle against Tom Cruise and the Church of Scientology for control of the Universe and our minds. Both ÜBER-PSYCHO and Tom Cruise are killed in the battle and we all live happily ever after. When that happens remember that you heard it here first.
