Who the fuck is Blake Lively? She’s this chick. She also stars in Gossip Girl and 72% of R. Kelly’s role-playing fantasies. Even though Blake was only born in 1987, all the fantasies are set in the year 1999. I don’t get it.

UPDATE: Despite the damning evidence, a Chicago jury found Blake’s dog not guilty of peeing on her.
