Radar says Kendall Jenner was caught driving and texting last week on the dangerous and windy Malibu Canyon Road. TERRORIST!

Several eyewitnesses saw the 17-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star texting and talking to her passenger while driving the winding and very dangerous Malibu Canyon Road on Friday. Texting while driving is illegal in California; even texting while stopped in traffic or at a red light is covered under the statute.

As RadarOnline.com has been reporting, Kenall has become the poster child for bad driving in California. In October, she was photographed texting while driving, and a week later, actually posted pictures she'd taken on her smartphone while driving!
