Having been born and raised in the deep jungles of Papua New Guinea, which has few parking lots, Kristin Cavallari may not realize that the little handicapped guy on the ground means a parking spot is for an actual handicapped person, so I'll cut her some slack this time. But be careful next time.

UPDATE: According to some emailers, Kristin was actually born and raised in Laguna Beach. No, I'm pretty sure I heard that she grew up in Papua New Guinea.
