Paris Hilton has a history of making racist comments. In 2007, GLAAD President Neil G. Giuliano demanded an apology after a video was leaked to the internet in which Paris makes several anti-gay and racist slurs, even referring to herself and sister Nicky as "like two niggers": 

"When Paris Hilton utters these words into a camera, it creates a permanent record that... she must bear responsibility for. These are not frivolous words, and to use them as if they are gives tacit sanction to the racism and homophobia they engender. Hilton has an obligation to go on the record, explain herself, and publicly apologize to the LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender) and African American communities and all those offended by these slurs."

After the outrage over the 2007 comments, Paris learned her lesson . . . for about five years, but Radar has a new "shocking" tape recorded by a cabbie a few weeks ago in New York where she says that gay guys are disgusting and that most of them probably have AIDS:

The heiress was in Manhattan for New York Fashion Week and in the early morning hours of Friday, September 7, Paris remarks were caught on tape by a cab driver, when her pal, who is an openly gay male model, is heard in the audio clip describing Grindr, an app that gay men use to locate other gay men for hookups.

The male friend says: "Say I log into Grindr, someone that's on Grindr can be in that building and it tells you all the locations of where they are and you can be like, 'Yo, you wanna f**k?' and he might be on like, the sixth floor," the pal says.

"Ewww. Eww. To get f**ked? Gay guys are the horniest people in the world," Paris is heard saying in the exclusive audio in response. "They're disgusting. Dude, most of them probably have AIDS."

"I would be so scared if I were a gay guy," Paris says. "You'll like, die of AIDS."

Considering that the only people who really like Paris anymore are the gays, this is gonna make Friday nights at the club pretty awkward. "Hey Sparkle, can you rub your hands with this sanitizer and then pour me a drink? And then rub your hands with this sanitizer again and lead me to the bathroom. Thanks hon. Don't you go dying on me now!"
