Lindsay Lohan on the set of Scary Movie 5 in Atlanta (9/11)

Stop me if you've heard this before, but Lindsay Lohan says the guy accusing her of hit and run is totally lying, and it's not even her fault. Oh, I know right. I'm absolutely shocked to see this "take no responsibility" attitude from her. Terrible example she's setting for the youth of America. From TMZ:
Lindsay is telling friends she had no idea she hit anybody and it wasn't until she came out and got arrested that she knew anything was going on. As for the story about one of the passengers in her SUV getting out of the car and checking for damages, she says it never happened. Nobody ever got out of the car.

Lohan is calling the incident "really fishy" because the man didn't appear to have any visible injuries and feels she's the victim of a set up. She's not going to let the incident go and is planning on fighting it to the end.
Seeing that the guy Lindsay hit had torn tendons and tendons are on the inside of the body (where you can't see things), Lindsay was right that he didn't have any visible injuries. Another case cracked by Detective Lohan!

She is probably right. Hasn't anyone heard of the old hit and run insurance scam? It happens several times a day. If the guy was in the hospital with two broken legs and a half dozen fractured ribs, I might believe it. With no visiable injuries, it's a he said -she said claim.

Yeah she needs to put a muzzle on herself. Clearly, she telling contradictions. She claims she didn't even know she hit anyone until the cops came; yet she also claims the man had no visible injuries? How did she know it was a man who was hit (if she didn't know), and that he have no visible injuries? Why was she checking for injuries on anyone in the first place? Oh because she knows she HIT a man and afterward sped off.
