Oh f*ck you, Gwyneth Paltrow

I don't know how any of us ever managed to get through a flight without the travel tips featured in the latest issue of Gwyneth Paltrow's newsletter Goop, but we somehow managed. It's a minor fucking miracle, I tells ya'. Gwyneth wrote:

Sometimes it makes the flight fun to get surprised with music along the way. On my last long flight from London to LA, while reading a book on my iPad, I put my iTunes on shuffle and kept track of all the songs that played. Note: I had to fast-forward through four or five totally rando tracks

Gwyneth was also nice enough to post a picture of herself, above, on her last flight from London to L.A. ("Here is a bedraggled working mother about to take an 11-hour flight..."). Interesting how she left out the tip to pay the extra $10,000 ($20,000 for round trip) to sit in first class on Transatlantic flights so you can recline the seat into a bed and get some sleep. Gee, that must have slipped her mind.
