Amanda Bynes was officially charged with DUI yesterday for the incident back on April 6 when she sideswiped a COP CAR after a night of drinking. At the time of her arrest, she refused to complete a Breathalyzer or drug test, so she is definitely, without-a-doubt, 100% guilty. After Amanda got the bad news yesterday, she naturally appealed for help to the 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama. Of course. She tweeted:

I knew Barack Obama was President of the United States, but I had no idea he was the boss of everyone else in the United States, too. I think Amanda may be onto something here. Honestly, this cop is gonna be lucky to keep his job after such a personal appeal to the top by the star of Charlotte's Web 2: Wilbur's Great Adventure. Hopefully his supervisor, Pope Benedict XVI, puts in a good word for him.

Common sense says you don't have to drink to get a DUI. As long as you're under the influence of something, drugs, pills, etc. you can get a DUI Amanda.
