Rihanna in Honolulu last month

After Rihanna was spotted in Hawaii last month with NFL star Darren McFadden, everyone assumed she had finally smartened up and gotten over Chris Brown. Nope. She's still an idiot. A friend told In Touch Weekly:

"She's using Darren to make [Chris] jealous."

And unfortunately, it seems to be working. In Touch has learned that Chris is still in contact with Rihanna — and even sent $3,000 worth of tropical flowers to her suite!

"She was shocked," shares the pal. And encouraged. Just days later, on May 2, she made a point of wearing a Raiders shirt to a New York strip club — and tweeted numerous pictures of herself, the pal says, in the hopes that Chris would see.

Weird, why would Rihanna let Darren McFadden hump her to make Chris Brown jealous? Darren is an Oakland Raider, and as we sports fans know, the Raiders can't beat anybody. Maybe Rihanna's wearing the Raiders shirt to show Chris she doesn't mind getting her ass kicked on a weekly basis -- you know, just like the Raiders. Some advice for Rihanna: if you want to make Chris Brown jealous, you should start hooking up with other wife beaters like O.J. Simpson or Mike Tyson, or allegedly closeted celebrity wife beaters like, well, Chris Brown's actually the only one I can think of . . .
