Miley Cyrus went pantless to last night's Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas. And she was wearing a nose ring. I think she's trying to convince everyone that she's a rebel or crazy or something. Meh, it just feels a little forced. Back in her crazy heyday, Britney Spears used to attend award shows pantless, but it was because she didn't actually know you were supposed to wear pants.
