That's her above doing a little exercise -- though I use the term "exercise" very loosely. You simply do not want to lift your back heel that much. And why is she pushing her butt out like that in an exaggerated manner? Not only is she asking for an injury, but she's not getting the full cardiovascular benefit she'd be getting if she had better form. Idiot.
