Drew Barrymore shopping in Beverly Hills (7/23)

Whew, thank god I don't live in a fabulous mansion next to Drew Barrymore in Beverly Hills. Nope, just fine with my studio apartment here on the other side of the tracks, thank you very much. Comes with its own cockroaches! From TMZ:

Soft-spoken Drew Barrymore caused a stir with her neighbors [Saturday] night when her loud Halloween party forced them to call cops and complain.

According to our sources, her Hollywood Hills neighbors phoned police shortly after midnight. We're told cops spoke with Barrymore and she rectified the noise situation and there were no complaints from then on.

Can you really blame Drew if she likes to party on Halloween? Her whole start in Hollywood basically began when she dressed up as a cowgirl for the Halloween scene in E.T., so she was probably just celebrating the peak of her professional career. Let's just hope that for the sake of the other party-goers, she now knows to wear something a little more age appropriate -- like a paper bag.
