S.I. model/Cristiano Ronaldo's girlfriend Irina Shayk went for a little jog yesterday in New York. Not wanting to pull a muscle, she engaged in a lengthy stretching session before getting underway. Good form. I actually do the same thing before I beat off. Not having health insurance and all, you just can't be too careful.
