Gwyneth Paltrow might get breast implants

While denouncing plastic surgery as "pure vanity" in the new German edition of OK! magazine, Gwyneth Paltrow says that she's considering getting a boob job after she's done breast feeding. Ugh, and you just know she's going to be pretentious as fuck about it. "My implants are actually made of Peruvian silicone. You can't just buy it anywhere, but luckily I'm good friends with Pedro Alvarez, the vice minister of Peru's Department of Agriculture, so I was able to get some." Quote via New York Magazine:

"Before I didn't care about it. And I still refuse to use silicone, Botox or other of those gimmicks out of pure vanity. But a breast correction after breast feeding — why not? There's actually nothing else to restore the original condition, isn't there?"

So plastic surgery is "pure vanity" and nothing more than a "gimmick" unless it happens to improve her appearance? What a hypocritical bitch. Gwyneth Paltrow bad-mouthing vanity is like Kirstie Alley belittling cheese cake -- as much as they like to deny it, it's just a part of who they are. Besides, if Gwyneth really wanted to improve her appearance, she wouldn't get her tits fixed -- she'd buy a muzzle.
