coming to her defense... i'm a chick and i am naturally buff. seriously, naturally. i started track and played soccer in high school and i can't tell you how many times the guys would stop me in the hallway and ask me to flex for them. yeah, really. no freaking kidding. just last week two checkers at the grocery store asked if i lift weights. i don't, i swear on my favorite kitty's grave - I DO NOT LIFT WEIGHTS!!!! it's not my favorite physical quality - in fact it's been a real embarrassment for me personally over the years (i'm 38 now). so for all those muscle haters out there - it's not always a choice as to whether you're packin'!! for all those that appreciate my guns - thank you - you help me to appreciate my body for what it is.
