Lindsay Lohan is suffering from post-incarceration syndrome ... courtesy of her friendly, neighborhood paparazzi. Lindsay -- who is free to party in the outside world for the first time in more than a month -- is telling friends she's scared to leave home, largely because she thinks there's a bounty on her head in the paparazzi community. So LiLo is planning to do the same thing she's been doing for the last 35 nights -- chill out, relax, and put her feet up ... in peace and quiet, in the company of sister Ali and a few buds.Well good thing she got over that fear, because there were some Red Bull & vodkas with her name on them over at Lexington Social House in Hollywood. That's Lindsay stumbling out of the club earlier this morning. Keep in mind that, just a week ago, she told Life & Style: "[Alcohol] is just not part of my life." Oh gosh, I wondered what happened in the past week that drove sober Lindsay to the bottle? I bet she's freaked out over the economy and the new jobless claims numbers. Hang in there Linds! I promise it's going to get better!

British singer Melanie Brown has apologized for making an inappropriate comment about date rape, insisting she "did not mean to offend anyone". The former Spice Girls star caused controversy with a post on Twitter.com in which she told fans, "My husband is asleep. I think I may date rape him!"Some people need to chill the fuck out. It was pretty obvious her comment was meant as a joke. Of course you can't really expect a rational reaction from people following Scary Spice on Twitter . . . because they're following Scary Spice on Twitter. If you're going to hang on her every word, you might as well follow a few other celebrities from the 90s that have just as many relevant things to say -- celebrities like Kurt Cobain or River Phoenix.
The message sparked outrage from her followers and Brown has now apologised for the remark. She writes, "Sorry for the 'date rape comment' I did not mean to offend anyone at all my sincere apologies!"

"You need to talk to each other and you have to say what you want. You don't confront your man about things which you're not happy about, you approach it in a much more constructive way. You never want to be in an adversarial situation where it's you versus him. All couples face those kinds of difficulties, but you've got to be able to talk about your problems and your needs and do it in a positive way. That's easier said than done, of course."Uh, yeah. Getting relationship guidance from Jennifer Aniston is like getting toothbrush advice from Amy Winehouse or driving lessons from Ryan Dunn. I mean seriously, there's only one thing Jen seems to know less about than maintaining a successful relationship: acting. She might as well be giving men advice about jerking off.
