Kathy Hilton looks like an idiot

I'm not sure why women still do this, but Paris Hilton's mom clearly got some collagen injections in her lips last week. That's her leaving BOA Steakhouse on Tuesday. "It's good to see that your doctor has a sense of humor," Kathy was probably told by her waiter, who was left confused later in the night when she left nothing for a tip.
