Kate Gosselin is being sued by her former marriage counselor for being a bitch and owing more than $10,000 in fees. OK, I might have added that bitch part. From Radar:

The filing is for a total of $10,476 and states: "Unpaid balance due for services 2/4/09 to 3/23/09. Client requested Dr. Sylvia Lafair fly to Los Angeles California to perform marriage counseling then refused to pay for travel fees."

Dr. Lafair confirmed to RadarOnline.com on Thursday that the suit had been filed, but she would not comment on any specifics regarding the counseling which took place with Kate.

To help make up part of the $10k owed, Dr. Lafair is auctioning off a glass jar containing Jon's balls that Kate accidentally left at her office in March of 2009. So that's pretty cool, you know, if you're into celebrity collectibles and whatnot.
