Jennifer Garner ran some errands in Santa Monica last week, and apparently no one ever told her about the law against talking on your cell phone while driving. Hmmm, I wonder what other laws she blatantly disregards? Perhaps she's not running errands at all. Perhaps she's going to buy ILLEGAL DRUGS and BOOTLEG DVDS!
