Chris Brown freaks the f*ck out, smashes window with chair

While promoting your new album, it's probably not the best idea in the world to remind everyone what a violent lunatic you are, but hey, no one ever said Chris Brown was smart. Anyways, Chris flipped the fuck out after an interview by Robin Roberts this morning on Good Morning America after she kept repeatedly asking him about the Rihanna "incident." Being the sane man he is, Chris smashed a window backstage after the interview and then took his shirt off and exited the building (it was cold?). Of course. From TMZ:

We're told after the interview, Brown freaked out, storming into his dressing room and screaming so loud, the people in hair and makeup became alarmed and called security.

We're told Brown was out of control, and one source present tells us he smashed a window in his dressing room, and the glass shattered and some shards fell onto 43rd and Broadway. ABC security tells TMZ ... the window was shattered with a chair.

We're told by the time security rushed the area, Brown had ripped off his shirt and left the building, blowing off another performance he was supposed to do for the ABC website.

And sources say ... on his way out of the building, Brown confronted a segment producer, got in his face and stared him down. People from the show got in between Chris and the producer to diffuse the situation.

Let's not jump to conclusions about this. We can't be totally sure that Chris was angry about being asked about Rihanna. For example, maybe he was really really mad about his March Madness brackets being all messed up. I mean, honestly, who had Virginia Commonwealth in the Sweet 16? Not me.

We've gotten too soft on guys like this. If you want him to comply with the law, then give him a punishment that is also a deterrent. Say, 48 hours handcuffed to Snooki. After hour 25, he'll attempt to gnaw off his own arm.

Chris is a studly manly man, and he was dissed beyond all indurance. You don't mess with the sacred honor of a manly stud like Chris. Their wrath is awesome. He showed admirable restraint, considering the degree of provocation.

Violence is never o.k. Shame on him. But Robin Roberts is a lousy reporter and she overdoes it and shows her personal agenda when she interviews (whether positive or negative).
