The cartels have the money to buy full auto assault rifles from China, Russia etc., or the Mexican miltary that defects to the cartels bring their rifles and grenade launchers with them. Our administration would like people to think we are exporting guns to drug cartels, so they can get gun control. Speaking of gun control, hows that working for Mexico, they have some of the strictests gun control laws in the world.
