What there IS a lot in S.M. are PEOPLE, OTHER CARS, TOURISTS, etc, etc.....therefore, the judgement and shame heaped on her is more than warranted! Yes, everyone makes mistakes and no one stands perfect. However, when someone deems themselves above the law and puts the general population at significant risk for their mistakes, they deserve whatever legal action and public shame is coming to them. Driving intoxicated is one of the worst possible things one could do, and with cellphones and friends/family/cabs/etc just a call away, there's ZERO EXCUSE for driving above, or in Jamie's case, SIGNIFICANTLY above the legal limit.
