Some leaked cell phone pics hit the web this morning that are allegedly of Miley Cyrus in Madrid last month for the MTV Europe Music Awards (she was 17 when the pics were taken, Mr. Polanski, so that's as much as you'll see above). The pics are probably Miley as she's been seen wearing that flannel shirt before. The room in the picture is at the Westin Palace where Miley was staying. She also owns a black iPhone, which the picture was taken with. Perhaps the most damming piece of evidence is that the naked girl in the picture is a total slut. According to my exclusive Hollywood sources, Miley is also a total slut. It just all adds up.

But the SOURCES may have gotten it CLOSE... I believe this is MILEY'S mother TISH.. look at the HAIR ... the LONG SKINNY LEGS, the LACK of the TATTOO under the LEFT BREAST, and we KNOW it IS IN MILEY's HOUSE, sp that would lead me to believe that this is a picture of her MOTHER TISH that was either meant fro her EX-HUBBY, BILLY RAY, or her LOVER, who is REPORTED to BE BRETT MICHAELS. I just seen the uncensored pic of this on

TaxiDrivermovie.com and seen that it couldn't be her because Miley has a tattoo under her left tit and the uncensored pic shows no tattoo there.

Doubt it is Miley, but so what if it is. In Iran, the government encourages girls to be be married and pregnant by the time they are 16. Pre-teen marriages are not that uncommon. Miley is a big girl now.
