Melanie Griffith was spotted talking on her cell phone while driving around Beverly Hills last week, which is totally illegal in California. I know, right? What a horrible monster. In Melanie's defense, she was actually setting up an appointment with her plastic surgeon. She hasn't had work done in, like, almost a month.
