Wow, this article almost makes Mischa Barton sound like a real celebrity. Quite an amazing feat. From the San Francisco Chronicle:

Mischa Barton is single again after reportedly splitting from her latest boyfriend, British DJ Ali Love. Barton looked to have found happiness again when she struck up a romance with Love over the summer, but the relationship has now fizzled out, according to Britain's Heat magazine.

A source tells the publication, "(Love) wasn't ready to be a celebrity. He was expecting they'd get some attention, but he never imagined it would be as bad as it was. He values his privacy and couldn't deal with photographers following them around or the nasty comments people would make on blogs. So he finally told Mischa it would be better if they stopped dating. She's trying to forget about him and move on, but they might give it another go. Mischa has always had on-off relationships. But she's not reaching out to him at this stage."

This DJ guy didn't break up with Mischa because of all the extra media attention. He broke up with her because he's lactose intolerant and couldn't stomach being around so much cottage cheese. Unfortunately for Mischa, if she's ever going to have a normal relationship with a shy guy like Ali, she's going to have to wait until she's faded from the public spotlight . . . so in about two weeks.

As I said in another post, since The OC ended Rachel Bilson and even Autumn Reeser has gotten hotter as the time by. But, Mischa Barton has gotten nastier. Barton was hot on that show, but since she left, she hot hit with the ugly stick.
