“She picked up three Clearblue tests. I did a double-take, as I couldn’t believe it was her.” A Boots shop assistant confirms to Life & Style that Kim stopped in the store on Sept. 12.Kim's pregnant? Whether a plus or minus sign popped up on her pregnancy test remains to be known but all signs certainly point to a positive reading. “Kim has swapped her trademark skintight dresses for a lot of loose fitting tops and even ponchos,” an insider tells Life & Style. “It’s been a sudden transition from one to the other.”
