According to a new TV Guide survey of the highest-paid TV stars, Gosselin, 35, makes $250,000 per episode of TLC's Kate Plus 8.

That puts her on an equal playing field with Grey's Anatomy star Patrick Dempsey, who has won an Emmy, and well ahead of respected actors like Julianna Margulies ($175,000) and True Blood's Anna Paquin ($75,000).
