UPDATE (2:30 PST): We're now at Hour 6 of this hearing. Hour 6. And it's not even close to being over. The chick from the Alcohol Ed program and the prosecutor keep going back and forth with each other like two retarded kids playing volleyball. I'm amazed they get anything done at all in this dysfunctional state. Hell, I'm surprised O.J. isn't still on trial.
UPDATE (2:37 PST): This prosecutor is imposing. She's gotta be at least 6-feet-tall. She should fight Lindsay's attorney.
UPDATE (2:41 PST): What the hell is Lindsay writing? She's been doing it all morning. I bet it's a romantic sonnet.
UPDATE (2:43 PST): Lindsay's attorney giving her closing statement to Judge Revel. Göring's attorney had an easier time at the Nuremberg Trials.
UPDATE (2:49 PST): Lindsay's attorney says she only missed 7 of the 27 weeks of her alcohol education class. I'm not sure highlighting the fact that your client complied with 74% of a court order counts as a defense.
UPDATE (2:52 PST): Lindsay's attorney just said that Lindsay wants to address the judge. Hell yeah. I just got all warm and tingly inside thinking about dumb she's going to sound.
UPDATE (2:54 PST): Judge Revel does not sound happy with Lindsay. I'm predicting jail time.

UPDATE (3:00 PST): Judge Revel just said that Lindsay IS in violation of her probation. And now the sentence. I hope this isn't as disappointing as the Lost finale . . .

UPDATE (3:08 PST): Lindsay's performance during her speech almost Oscar-worthy. Dammit I forgot how well this bitch could act. Sad how she's thrown away her talent these past few years.
UPDATE (3:21 PST): Holy shit! 90 days in jail! Lindsay in absolute hysterics.
UPDATE (3:24 PST): 3 consecutive 30 day sentences imposed by Judge Revel PLUS a 90 day residential treatment program when she gets out. I am positively giddy right now. Even if they slash Lindsay's sentence for overcrowding, she's still going to serve 30+ days. Judge Revel is so getting a fruit basket from me.
