WARRANT ISSUED FOR LINDSAY LOHAN'S ARREST

Even thought she's stuck in la la land on her twitter right now ("i did not violate anything .. at all" . . . "It is just unfortunate and unfair because it distracts from the fact & the truth that i'm in such a good place" . . . "how insane are these accusations?!"), a warrant was just issued for Lindsay Lohan's arrest. From TMZ:

We're going to break it down for you. Lindsay was on probation when she failed to appear in court last month. At that point, Judge Revel revoked her probation and set bail at $100,000. In return for bail, Lindsay promised to appear for a hearing on the probation violation -- set for July 6. Because of the SCRAM incident, the $100,000 bail has now been forfeited. Instead of throwing Lindsay in jail pending the July hearing, the judge is allowing her to post new bail -- set at $200,000, so she can remain free.

Lindsay's SCRAM bracelet generated a report to SCRAM officials sometime after the MTV Movie Awards Sunday night. Sources say the SCRAM data shows evidence of alcohol.

This is ridiculous. Of course Lindsay's SCRAM bracelet went off. She was at a bar. Where else are you supposed to do outreach work teaching impressionable young 20-somethings about the dangers of binge drinking? Clearly this Judge Revel woman has it out for Lindsay. The old hag's probably jealous that she'll never be 47 again and have skin just like her's. Oh well. Gandhi had his detractors, too, and look at all the good he accomplished. I just hope Lindsay's strong enough to get through this.

This bitch isn't going to jail. CA is suffering for cash. Even the legal system seems to be working off fees like they were paid commission.

They just charge a few thousand dollars for messing up and allow her to post bail again at a higher amount.
