Say what you want about Sarah Jessica Parker (insert horse comment here), but you can't say that she's not realistic. From E!:

This is the first sensible thing to come out of Sarah Jessica Parker's mouth since JFK Jr. ... Sarah's right of course. If I wanted to see saggy tits that flopped around more than Bret Michaels in an emergency room (too soon?), I'd ask Michael Moore to take off his shirt. As it turns out, Sarah did take her shirt off once while shooting a scene for Sex and the City. Unfortunately, this is what happened to the camera crew.
