He was arrested due to a scratch on her arm....HB Sheriffs dept, said that if there was any type of mark, they are required by law. This was off of Yahoo.com. They never said he punched her..even though if he did, she wouldn't be out walking around...She was in relapse when he went ballistic during agrument....so shes a pill junkie that fell over and now he gets the bad rap......chicks like this deserve to be knocked the f**k out.
